Regina Hodge serves as our Children’s Minister. Originally from North Carolina, she graduated from Mars Hill College and later earned her Master of Religious Education degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Regina has spent nearly 40 years helping children learn about God and grow in their faith.

Along with serving in ministry, Regina has also worked as a preschool teacher for more than 30 years. She currently teaches preschool students in the Pawnee School District in Galveston.

Regina and Pastor Eric have been married for 33 years. They have a son, Thomas, a daughter-in-law, Hanah, and two grandchildren, Meredith Grace and Tate Samuel.

Regina loves serving God through the church and has a passion for helping children grow with kindness, faith, and the love of Jesus.

Debbie Rice has been serving as our Administrative Assistant since November 2019. Before that, she helped out in volunteer and interim roles during 2018 and 2019, always stepping in where needed.

Debbie and her husband, Randall, have been married for 31 years and live in Dickinson. They are active members of Nassau Bay Baptist Church in the NASA area, where they enjoy being part of the church orchestra and the Bells of Joy Handbell Ensemble.

Debbie graduated from Lamar University in Beaumont with a BBA in Office Administration. In the church office, she helps with many different tasks—especially keeping communication going through email and updates.

One of her favorite Bible passages is Ephesians 3:17–20, which speaks about God’s incredible love and His power to do more than we could ever imagine.
