Adult Ministry

The Adult Ministry at First Baptist Galveston is a place where individuals and families can grow deeper in their faith, build meaningful relationships, and find purpose in every stage of life. Whether you are young professionals, parents, or empty nesters, there is a place for you here.

We believe spiritual growth happens best in community. That’s why we offer a variety of small groups and Bible studies designed to meet people where they are. These groups provide an opportunity to connect, learn, and grow alongside others who are on a similar journey.

Our studies are grounded in Scripture and focused on practical application. We explore how God’s Word speaks into everyday life—marriage, parenting, work, and personal challenges. Through thoughtful teaching and discussion, adults are encouraged to deepen their understanding of the Bible and strengthen their walk with Christ.

Community extends beyond weekly gatherings. We host events, workshops, and fellowship opportunities that bring people together and strengthen relationships. These moments create a sense of belonging and allow individuals to build lasting friendships within the church.

We also believe that every person has a purpose. The Adult Ministry encourages individuals to discover and use their gifts to serve others. Whether it’s volunteering within the church or participating in outreach efforts, there are countless ways to make a difference.
